The Super Revo RR bar is the strongest bar thanks to his reliable steel at a minum strength of 190.000 PSI (load capacity*), the same steel used at the Olympics. The construction method of the sleeves is more precise than most joining techniques and it’s combined with 8 sets of top-quality needle bearings, the result is a barbell with a smooth, consistent, quieter spin.


The dual mark knurling itself features uniform 1,2mm pattern with a medium intensity that won’t shred up your hands. Not too deep not too smooth this knurling helps you to perform your weightlifting and powerlifting movement with an optimum feeling. The satin hard chrome finish offers a higher level of oxidization protectant process against rust however it still requires a minimal maintenance** and caring of the bar to offer a long lasting life.

ICON OF WORLDWIDE BEAUTY AND PERFORMANCE This is an original 25mm Olympic Bar for Junior Athletes, with 8 sets of quality needle bearings, special welded sleeves, satin hard chrome finish and dual knurling marks for both weightlifting and powerlifting. This bar goes through a rigorous testing process to ensure absolute precision from exact weight and straightness to the consistency of its whip and spin. This bar will have normal “whip” during Olympic weightlifting and enough stiffness to hold for heavy powerlifting.


The yield point indicates the maximum value that a material can withstand before it is permanently deformed. It is not easy to convert this pressure value (190,000 psi) in an objectively measurable data for example “how much weight this bar can bear”. This value is so high in the Super Revo that if you drop the bar off your shoulders onto a platform when the plates hit before the bar, you would not have enough force to bend it. The only way a bar bend is on a power rack or on a narrow bench, where the falling bar hits before the plates hit. The bar does not bend when the plates hit first.


Since the barbell is chemically treated in order to favor the grip and the feeling on the central shaft, it could be attacked by external agents and therefore more sensitive to the attack of rust during its life time. It is mandatory to clean the handle of the barbell regularly with a brass brush and a mild detergent to remove the chalk, dust, sweat, dead skin and debris that may accumulate during each workout.



1) Use a soft brass brush and a mild detergent to clean the knurl
2) Wipe down with 3:1 oil and brush into the knurl with soft brass brush. The steel will soak the oil in and the bar will stay healthy.
3) Wipe off any excess oil with a dry towel.
The Barbell will last a lifetime only if you do it every day or on a regular weekly basis at least. Our “Warranty Staff” will quickly realize if you adopted this process because deep rust is always caused by the negligence of cleanliness. Let’s face it: you really want your customers to train on a dirty, bloody and sweaty bar? Do everyone a favor: take care of your equipment!


Warranty against bending does not cover any bar which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Negligent or faulty use includes abusive dropping of the bar (i.e., dropping the bar on a box, bench, spotter arms or pins in a power rack, excessive dropping with insufficient or damaged bumpers, or excessive dropping with iron plates, and similar usage). Any specific issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We have found that most problems with bars we replace are related to abusive use rather than manufacturing or materials issues.
